Lecture: Continuing from the topics earlier in this course (user-centred design and ‘customer effectiveness’), we’ll be looking at issues in web marketing (see download in sidebar widget). We’ll examine differences between Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 services and markets; and new understandings of how the web works.
